1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via FedEx, USPS and UPS. 

International & State Restrictions

High Alpine Genetics ships within the United States. It is the customer's sole responsibility to know and comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession, transport, and cultivation of agricultural seeds and germplasm in their jurisdiction. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws. High Alpine Genetics assumes no liability for orders seized or restricted by local authorities.

Tracking & Lost Packages

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, liability for the package transfers to the customer. If your tracking shows no movement for 48 hours or more, please contact us at [your email] so we can assist in filing a carrier claim.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Germplasm & Seeds

Due to the sensitive biological nature of our products, all sales of seeds and germplasm are final once the tamper-evident seal is broken. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened seed packaging under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at with your order number and photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product. We will review your claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

By accessing or purchasing from High Alpine Genetics, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.

Germplasm Disclaimer

All seeds and germplasm sold by High Alpine Genetics are intended for novelty, preservation, and research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption. Our hemp genetics are sold in compliance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill) where applicable. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws prior to purchase.

Limitation of Liability

High Alpine Genetics shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, or misuse of any products sold on this website. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Intellectual Property

All genetics, variety names, and cultivar designations developed and sold under the High Alpine Genetics brand are the exclusive intellectual property of High Alpine Genetics.
